As part of the team, you will move dynamically on the floor, assist guests with needs and purchases, conduct accurate transactions, and support store operations to keep a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while respecting guests' time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences including omnichannel programs (e.g., BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action.
