Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Stateline, NV is seeking a Front Desk Specialist to be the main guest contact from check-in through check-out. You will manage folio transactions, assist with room assignments, and provide expert guidance on Wi-Fi and resort services.

The role emphasizes outstanding service, cash handling, report printing, and accurate day-end closes. Bilingual candidates and those with front desk experience at resorts are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• One year front desk experience in a resort/hotel preferred.
• Fluent English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates guest experience from check-in to check-out; handles room changes, inventory moves, and folio adjustments; creates and issues keys.
• Communicates with housekeeping, maintenance, and custodians to expedite requests.
• Ensures interactions exceed guest expectations; answers inquiries and routes to resort personnel when needed.
• Maintains and manages a house bank; performs end-of-day reporting, processes receipts and check payments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
