Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate recreation software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide information.
• Process memberships, admissions, registrations, and payments accurately.
• Answer phone calls and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Enforce facility policies and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Open/close procedures and after-hours oversight as assigned.
• Collaborate with team to support events and daily operations.
