lululemon in Pennsylvania is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service, share expert product education, and connect with our community and culture. Educators drive guest satisfaction, educate on our products, and embody the brand's values on the sales floor.

You will help guests with purchases, restock, and use in-store tech while maintaining a luxury store environment. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected; teamwork and inclusivity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Right to Work documentation and local requirements (EMEA only).
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless guest experiences with transacting and omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, etc.).
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
