Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Pittsburgh store. You will share top-quality product education, connect with guests on our community and culture, and help create an engaging in-store environment.

You will move on the floor, assist with transactions, and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service. A passion for wellness, inclusivity, and helping guests find the right gear is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of location
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience, valuing guests’ time
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store)
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to 'make it right' for guests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations
