Tioga Downs is seeking a friendly Players Club Representative to deliver top-notch guest service at our property in Nichols, NY. You will respond to guest inquiries, explain club programs, and help guests with promotions and events across multiple outlets.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, prior customer service experience preferred, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including daycare, a strong 401K, medical/dental/vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required. Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains working knowledge of property and events to advise guests.
• Responds to guests’ requests, complaints or inquiries courteously and promptly.
• Knows area, package plans, special features, hours of operation and all Players Club outlets.
• Provides information about club programs, promotions and events across multiple properties.
• Informs guests about racing, food operations and projects for multiple properties.
