Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos in Buffalo, NY is seeking a friendly Players Club Representative to deliver outstanding guest service, issue Club cards, and relay current promotions to guests. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, assisting with promotions/events, recording guest data in ACSC, greeting buses, and distributing incentive packages while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications include 18+ years, high school diploma, typing 40 wpm, and prior customer service preferred;

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to type forty (40) words per minute.
• Ability to operate a personal computer and proficient in entering data using a keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of Customer Service to Guests at all times.
• Respond to all guest inquiries in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
• Assist in execution of promotions and events.
• Enter correct and accurate guest information in to ACSC system.
• Relay Seneca Club card uses and benefits to each guest, as well as describe any and all current and upcoming promotions.
