Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and assist customers with a warm, friendly welcome. You will handle transactions, prepare DipSide items, and maintain clean, organized store conditions across shifts.

The role requires physical ability to lift, stand for periods, and compliance with policies. The position offers part-time schedules (25 hours or less per week) with pay range $12.50/hour - $14.50/hour and opportunities to

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit cards and make change.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience: greet Guests, ensure store is ready, anticipate needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare DipSide items (shakes, sundaes, cones) and beverages.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately, process transactions and manage cash.
• Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness and proper product rotation.
• Maintain store security and monitor for theft; follow policies and procedures.
• Keep the store and parking lot clean and safe; monitor refrigeration temps.
• Complete time records and any required documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
