Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Part Time Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will greet guests, assist with ice cream and beverage preparations, operate the POS and gas console, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

The role requires attention to safety, accuracy in transactions, and friendly communication. You may work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts, up to 25 hours per week, with pay ranging from $12.50 to $14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment and access price book.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks and credit transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage ice cream/yogurt offerings.
• Efficiently operate POS system and gas console, process transactions and make change.
• Stock shelves, keep dip cabinet filled, and ensure proper rotation of stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, monitor temperatures as needed.
• Accurately complete time records and related documentation.
