Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and handle up to 21 pounds.
• Ability to maintain safety and cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests and ensure they leave satisfied.
• Prepare DipSide items such as shakes, cups, cones, sundaes, and hand-packed containers.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console, including accurate transactions.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, coffee pots, and maintain clean, presentable displays.
• Maintain awareness of guests for safety and follow security procedures.
• Ensure store and equipment temperatures are monitored and maintained.
• Accurately complete time records and other required documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
