Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in the United States. You can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime mobile scheduling app, and attendance is important for success.

As an On-Demand TM, you are not on the posted weekly schedule but may pick up shifts that fit your availability. A training schedule is provided to prepare you for the role, and the myTime app handles shift selection.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with guests and helping others in a fast-paced store environment.
• Flexible, with the ability to work nights, weekends and peak shopping times.
• Able to learn and use store technologies and apps to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service at the register, in the store, and for drive-up and order pickup.
• Greet guests, assist with their needs, and solve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise; follow safety and cash-handling procedures.
• Explain benefits, loyalty programs, and how to use Target App features to guests.
• Be available to pick up shifts and respond to scheduling opportunities via myTime app.
