Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to support guest service in-store with flexible shifts. You will engage guests, help with products and services, and promote Target Loyalty and Wallet usage. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app and ensure a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, and a service-first mindset. Training is provided to help you perform duties efficiently while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Willingness to learn Target policies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve guest needs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, while following safety standards.
• Promote Target Loyalty and assist with enrollment.
• Explain Wallet features and other app capabilities to guests.
• Handle returns with guidance and de-escalate when needed.
