Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Guest Advocate to engage with guests, assist with daily store operations, and promote loyalty programs. You will work a flexible schedule, picking up shifts through the myTime app, with emphasis on delivering friendly service and knowledgeable product guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and help with sign-up.
• Explain and use Target Wallet and app features.
• Handle returns and escalate with leaders as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and stock supplies.
