Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to provide friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist guests, explain options, and help them use Target’s services. As an On-Demand TM, you create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, with guidance from store leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service at checkout and assist with additional needs.
• Greet guests and respond to questions to resolve concerns.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Target products, services, and app features.
• Assist with Order Pick Up, Drive Up and Registry services.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support store operations.
