Job summary

Hertz-1 in Springfield, MO is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service at the counter, resolve issues promptly, and drive guest satisfaction. You will act as the primary NPS liaison for management and coach staff to meet customer needs.

This role requires at least 3 years in customer service, strong communication and leadership skills. Wage is $16.50 per hour with benefits including medical/dental, 401(k), parental leave, and rental-rate discounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales.
• Rental car experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• First contact resolution and the customer interaction experience at the counter.
• Immediate handling and resolution of customer issues with hospitality and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary NPS liaison for the management team and communicate performance actions.
• The ability to analyze NPS results and create plans to improve guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all corporate policies and procedures are followed by staff.
