Responsibilities

• Quote wait times and communicate seating availability.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and handle to-go orders when needed.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Assist servers with delivering food and refilling drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, host stand, and restrooms.
• Support overall team operations to keep service running smoothly.
