Big Bad Breakfast is seeking a Host/Busser to create a welcoming dining atmosphere. You will greet guests, manage waitlists, seat guests, and assist the service team to maintain a smooth flow across shifts.

The role requires an energetic, customer-focused mindset, flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays, and a readiness to support both hosting and bussing duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and manage the waitlist with professionalism and friendliness.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and handle to-go orders when needed.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Assist servers with delivering food, refilling drinks, and pre-bussing when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, host stand, and restrooms.
• Support overall team operations to keep service running smoothly.
