Job summary

Better Talent by Laveer & Co. is seeking a Guest Service Agent to create exceptional vacations on Florida's Gulf Coast.

You will be the friendly voice connecting guests and properties, coordinating arrivals, stays, and departures while working cross-functionally with housekeeping and maintenance teams. The role requires strong communication, top-notch organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks calmly, even during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or vacation rental management preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or property management systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, messaging platforms, and internal systems.
• Reservation Management: Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications across multiple platforms.
• Pre-Arrival Coordination: Ensure all check-in details and amenities are communicated clearly to guests before arrival.
• Check-In/Check-Out Support: Provide real-time support during arrivals and departures.
• Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns and maintenance requests, escalating when needed.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure properties are ready, updated, and notified.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of guest interactions and property statuses; provide reports to GM.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor guest feedback and identify areas for improvement in service and presentation.
