Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny's BBQ, is seeking a Front of House Team Member in Tifton, GA. You will provide excellent guest service, help seat guests, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
• Constant ability to push, pull, lift, carry and or move up to 10 pounds.
• Team Members will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and required to work with cleaning chemicals. Frequent washing of the hands is required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service
• Ability to upsell guests beyond their orders
• Process transactions and collect payment
• Assist with restocking items
• Interact with guests upon arrival and seat them accordingly
• Communicate with the kitchen staff
• Complete assigned cleaning duties and side work
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned
