ACGBBQ, LLC. at Sonny’s BBQ in Georgia is seeking a BOH Team Member to help prepare and serve the restaurant’s signature dishes. You’ll learn Sonny’s-specialized terminology, maintain a clean workstation, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

This fast-paced role requires teamwork, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a dependable, flexible schedule. You’ll work with gloves, knives, and kitchen equipment to support daily operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Related experience in restaurant service or food prep is preferred.
• Ability to read orders and follow procedures in fast-paced settings.
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cook and assist with kitchen prep.
• Memorize and apply Sonny’s BOH terminology, plating and procedures.
• Navigate equipment and manage grill operations.
• Read orders and follow protocols per KDS.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation.
• Assist with cleaning duties at shift end.
• Use a meat slicer and work with knives.
• Other duties as assigned.
