Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Food handler and ABC Alcohol Certification required.
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with composure.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail in order-taking and payments.
• Knowledge of menus, ingredients, and allergies.
• Basic math for handling payments and tips.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and carry trays.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve beverages and alcoholic drinks.
• Present bills and handle payment transactions quickly.
• Communicate menu, ingredients, and allergies to guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide attentive, friendly service and address guest requests.
• Help with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
