Responsibilities

• Maintain a "Say Yes to the Guest" attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end duties including cashiering, bagging, money orders, electronic payments, postal tasks, copies, and Western Union.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report pricing, equipment issues, and service level concerns.
• Provide backup to colleagues in all areas including bookkeeping, Guest Services, cashiering, bagging, and cart pushing.
• Provide backup to the Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager when absent.
