Coborn's, Inc. (Hornbacher's) is seeking a Guest Services Representative to support the front-end and store operations with cashiering, money orders, Western Union, and returns.

You will deliver remarkable guest service and help ensure accuracy in transactions while assisting guests with issues and maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities

• Maintain a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money order processing, Western Union, and other transactions.
• Assist guests with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup support across Guest Services, cashiering, and related duties.
• Support the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
