Rejuve Salon Spa Carmel is seeking a polished Guest Care Coordinator. This front-desk role requires warmth, reliability, and a professional hospitality mindset to welcome guests, answer questions, books appointments, and support a seamless checkout experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role.
• Salon experience is a plus, not required.
• Availability that includes Fridays and Saturdays with a mix of morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, intentional welcome for every guest from the moment they walk in.
• Manage the front desk: scheduling appointments, bookings, and in-person/phone questions.
• Explain services, products, memberships, and packages to guests.
• Recommend Aveda retail and extend results at home.
• Guide guests through sign-ups with enthusiasm.
• Keep the front area neat, restock, launder towels, and handle small luxuries.
• Assist opening/closing with consistent standards.
• Serve beverages and maintain guest comfort throughout visits.
• Collaborate with stylists and teammates for smooth operations.
• Help with light bookkeeping, inventory, and retail tracking.
