The Skin Bar in Wallingford, CT is seeking a Spa Coordinator/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and managing front desk operations. The position covers greeting guests, scheduling appointments, cashing out and rebooking, suggestive selling of retail spa products, email correspondence, social media tasks, and maintaining salon cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in the beauty industry preferred.
• Experience with Point of Sale software.
• Reception or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• Core clerical skills, phone etiquette, and computer literacy.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Open to teaching the right individual.

Looking for a spa coordinator for various duties including but not limited to: greeting guests, scheduling appointments, cashing out and rebooking guests, suggestive selling of retail spa products, email correspondence, knowledge of social media platforms, and general salon cleanliness. Must have excellent ability to multi-task and exceptional customer service.
