Job summary

Gene Juarez Salons & Spas in Redmond is seeking a full-time Salon & Spa Coordinator to warmly welcome guests and provide consistent behind-the-scenes support that keeps our operations smooth.

You will assist artists, maintain a clean lobby and retail areas, help with stock and signage, and engage guests at checkout to encourage return visits. This role offers competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ and able to obtain a Class 12 or 13 MAST Permit.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong guest service mindset with friendly, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to assist with stock, signage and checkout tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist our guests with warmth from entry.
• Support artists by preparing linens and supplies for services.
• Promote a clean, welcoming lobby, restrooms and retail areas.
• Assist with retail stock replacement and signage organization.
• Engage guests at check-out to ensure a great experience and encourage return visits.
