Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, welcoming disposition when interacting with clients
• Handle client feedback or issues in real-time with a calm demeanor
• Assist the shop manager with client feedback follow-up when needed
• Educate clients on services, upgrades and retail products
• Act as a brand ambassador sharing the Varnish Lane story and commitment to natural, waterless care
• Lead operational flow and support nail stylists to ensure a smooth shift
• Multitask and stay calm when busy
• Collaborate effectively within a team
• Assist with sterilization and restocking duties
• Master the appointment and POS system
• Communicate promotions and merchandising standards to clients
• Uphold cleanliness and tidiness standards during shifts
