Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail or hospitality; salon/spa experience is a bonus.
• Friendly, punctual and reliable with a welcoming demeanor.
• Willingness to travel between DC locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage check-in/out with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Support nail stylists and shop operations to maintain smooth shifts.
• Promote services and products to clients and educate on upgrades.
