Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a customer-focused front desk professional to deliver excellent guest service at our Warner Robins property. You will greet guests, check them in/out, handle requests, and promote hotel amenities to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

A strong emphasis on communication with management and other departments is essential for smooth operations. The role requires a high school diploma and experience in service or guest relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations type of industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent of same.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
• Promote repeat business by offering to take future reservations and providing recommendations for alternate same brand-type products.
• Be aware of potential sales leads and contacts through guest interaction and report information as needed.
• Maintain communication with other departments and keep leadership informed of special requests and late check-outs.
