Bass Pro Shops in Islamorada, FL is seeking a part-time Greeter to provide an over-the-top customer service experience. You will greet customers, promote CLUB Membership and in-store pickup, and help direct guests while upholding brand standards.

You will maintain a clean entry area, assist with check-in of merchandise and vendor visitors, and share information on events and promotions. The role requires friendly, outgoing individuals with basic math and communication skills and the ability to

Responsabilités

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Represents brand by dressing according to Bass Pro Shops dress code and presenting a professional image.
• Checks in customers’ merchandise for return.
• Checks in Vendor representatives and manages visitor logs and badges.
• Informs customers about events, sales, or promotions and provides promotional materials.
• Keeps entryway and work area clean, tidy, and safe for customers and Outfitters.
• Assists with firearm check-in coordination with Outfitter per SOP.
• All other duties as assigned.
