Colwen Hotels is seeking a friendly Part-Time Front Desk Associate for Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel in Foxborough, MA. You will handle guest registration, reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local area.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of related hotel experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to work a 7-day rotation including nights, weekends, and holidays. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of related hotel front desk experience.
• Prior brand experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and guest service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk, assist guests with inquiries, and manage registrations.
• Process guest check-in/check-out and handle reservations.
• Provide information about the hotel, local area, and events.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, rates, and promotions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of guest information and handle payments.
