This full-time hourly position requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or with a team, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must understand and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, checklists, and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time hourly schedule, including weekends or holidays.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Willingness to use cleaning chemicals safely and follow training.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain guest, resident, and common areas according to standards and checklists.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
• Change linens, make beds, replace towels and amenities.
• Empty trash and recycling; transport waste to disposal areas.
• Replenish toiletries, towels, bedding, and cleaning supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Follow safety and infection-control procedures and guidelines.
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and correctly.
• Organize and maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff requests.
• Adhere to schedules and productivity goals.
