Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) invites you to join our Front Desk team in Weslaco, Texas. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will deliver exceptional service to guests and residents, handling inquiries, greeting visitors, and processing reservations with courtesy and professionalism.

You will collaborate with the Property Manager, maintain accurate records, respond to questions about the community, and escalate issues when needed to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service with strong service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities
