Job summary

Encore Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, and provide helpful information about rooms and amenities. You will manage reservations, handle payments, and resolve inquiries to ensure a positive stay.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, assist with room assignments, and maintain accurate records. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and a welcoming, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Previous guest service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out, verify reservations and handle payments.
• Manage reservations and room changes, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and requests.
• Resolve guest complaints with empathy and escalate when needed.
