Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Maintain guest profiles and reservations in the property management system.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Upsell or recommend local attractions and hotel services when appropriate.
• Handle billing questions and resolve issues with accuracy and discretion.
