The Historic Menger Hotel in San Antonio seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and coordinate with departments to ensure seamless stays.

Ideal candidates have prior front desk, guest services or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, guest services or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and create a positive first impression.
• Complete all guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Assign guest rooms based on reservations, preferences, availability, and property standards.
• Review room rates, accommodations, amenities, hotel services, and relevant property information during the check-in process.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.
