Job summary

Sheraton Detroit Metro Airport is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and assist with pre-registration and reservations as needed. You will use the Front Office system, process payments, and keep accurate records of charges.

Full-time position requiring exemplary guest-service skills, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training provided and a collaborative team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working as part of a team to deliver guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out promptly and professionally.
• Post charges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel rates, discounts and reservations procedures.
• Handle cash, checks and credit card information securely.
• Assist with reservations, including same-day bookings and block room requests.
