Sheraton Detroit Metro Airport is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and support pre-registration and reservations as needed. You will handle charges, maintain accuracy, and use the Front Office system to process daily transactions with a focus on service excellence.

• Explain hotel amenities and procedures to guests.
