Sheraton Detroit Metro Airport is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service at our lobby desk. You will greet guests, handle check‑in/check‑out, assist with reservations, and support daily operations in a fast‑paced hotel environment located near Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out promptly and professionally.
• Assist in pre‑registration and blocking reservations when necessary.
• Know how to post charges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems for daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card information accurately while giving correct change.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel rates, discounts, and handling each type of reservation.
• Take same‑day reservations efficiently (approximately 2 minutes).
• Follow cancellation and relocation procedures as needed.
