Molly Pitcher Inn in Red Bank, NJ seeks a dedicated Front Desk role to assist the Front Office Manager and Supervisors in delivering warm, professional service. You will help greet guests, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, and ensure every guest's stay starts smoothly.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication, able to handle flexible shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain composure during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Willing and able to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts and holidays.
• Mobility and ability to sit, kneel, stand, stoop, bend, stretch, reach and manipulate objects.
• Able to bend, squat and lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull carts and luggage up to 100 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform hotel check-ins and check-outs.
• Assign guest rooms and issue guest keys.
• Process guest payments and assist with billing questions.
• Coordinate with bellmen, housekeeping and engineering to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Act as a central source of information for hotel, event and dining guests.
• Use proper telephone and reservation etiquette including describing the hotel, rate quotation and capturing reservations.
• Review Group Resume to ensure routing, comments and room assignments are correct.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Front Office Manager.
