Job summary

The Molly Pitcher Inn in Red Bank, New Jersey seeks a friendly Laundry Attendant with a guest-focused mindset to manage soiled linens, prepare them for wash, finish, inspect, fold and store clean linens, and support the Housekeeping Team.

You will work with others across departments to ensure a memorable stay, maintain a clean work area, handle linen inventories, and comply with safety and uniform policies; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, launder and prepare soiled linens for wash, finishes and inspection.
• Fold and store clean linens; maintain linen room organization.
• Assist housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laundry area; report issues.
• Conduct linen inventories as assigned and adhere to policies.
• Follow uniform and attendance policies and wear an exemplary professional demeanor.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with courtesy and urgency.
