Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve all food menu items in accordance with company standards, in a professional, courteous manner.
• Lift and carry multiple plates from kitchen to dining room.
• Understand and memorize table numbers and seat positions for accurate delivery.
• Comprehensive recognition and knowledge of all menu items.
• Approach guests at table with a smile and warm greeting.
• Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions.
• Promote teamwork by assisting co-workers.
• Protect the establishment by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Maintain communication with Manager and teammates during service.
• Demonstrate hospitality and patience with guests.
• Prepare expediting line and organize order tickets for timeliness.
• Verify items on trays match tickets and note any special requests.
• Ensure all items leave the kitchen with correct sides and accompaniments.
• Serve from the right, clockwise; clear from the left; serve ladies first.
• Maintain seat 1 as entry point for accurate delivery.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and managers as needed.
• Complete all closing side work duties.
