Job summary

Responsibilities include posting charges, handling payments, and maintaining fluency with the Front Office system to process daily transactions accurately. You will review special requests, apply rates and discounts, and manage same-day bookings

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk operations.
• Ability to process reservations and same-day bookings.
• Strong cash handling and payment processing skills.
• Excellent guest communication and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out promptly and professionally.
• Assist with pre-registration and reservation blocking.
• Post charges accurately for all guest transactions.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems and daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts and how to apply them.
• Manage same-day reservations; follow cancellation and relocation procedures.
