Hotel Equities is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to join our team in Irving, TX. You will deliver welcoming, efficient service at the front desk, handle arrivals and reservations, process payments, and assist guests with information and requests to ensure a memorable stay.

You’ll collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and other departments, promote hotel services, maintain accurate records, and uphold privacy and security procedures while delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel/front desk/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to stay professional while resolving guest concerns.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests accurately.
• Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest information, records, and shift documentation.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and other departments.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and guest opportunities.
• Follow cash-handling, security, privacy, and hotel procedures.
• Monitor lobby and front desk area to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Complete assigned shift responsibilities and maintain communication during handoffs.
