Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team. The role emphasizes hospitality, personal recognition of guests, and seamless front desk operations to ensure an excellent guest experience.

The candidate will greet guests, assist with check-in, manage cash handling duties, and maintain a welcoming, professional lobby environment while upholding company standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists daily and assist in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the phone within three rings with a smile and direct questions as needed.
• Count bank at start and end of shift; report cash over/shorts to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data following proper procedures.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties to meet business objectives.
