Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience in conflict resolution is a plus.
• Patience and good listening skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Recognize repeat guests, VIP status and/or loyalty.
• Administer check-ins and check-outs for guests.
• Provide front desk services and assist guests with needs.
• Assign rooms and manage related administrative tasks.
• Deliver mail and messages to guests and staff.
• Process guest payments and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with bell service and other staff for smooth operations.
• Be a source of information on transport, dining and local tips.
• Accommodate general and unique guest requests and interests.
• Diffuse conflicts or tense situations to maintain a positive guest experience.
