Job summary

Atma Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent to perform front desk duties in line with hotel and brand standards. You will greet guests, handle inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a smooth check-in process.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to multitask, and a professional demeanor during shifts, including weekends and holidays. This on-site position offers opportunities within a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year guest service experience in a similar size property.
• Ability to prioritize and organize.
• Clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving issues with sound judgement.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and in proper uniform adhering to grooming standards.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment use and maintenance.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area.
• Update logs and communicate pertinent information to next shift.
• Assist with group packets and welcome letters for sales or events.
• Ensure VIP pre-registration and arrivals are managed according to standards.
