Atma Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to clean guest rooms to brand standards, assist guests, and support housekeeping operations on the third shift. The role emphasizes friendly, professional service and strict adherence to safety policies and sanitation guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of room attendant experience and a strong focus on attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. The position requires standing/walking for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year room attendant experience in similar size property.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Able to push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Must have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to the guest.
• Clean all assigned guest rooms in accordance with brand standards.
• Attend to guests requests promptly and in a courteous manner.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Complete all duties as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping.
