Job summary

Atma Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to support third shift front desk operations and complete end-of-day audit tasks, ensuring all transactions balance and guest rooms meet brand standards.

You will clean assigned guest rooms, stock supplies, report maintenance issues, assist guests with requests, and uphold safety and sanitation policies while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year room attendant experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and late nights.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to the guest.
• Clean all assigned guest rooms to brand standards.
• Stock housekeeping cart with supplies and linen.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend to guests' requests promptly and courteously.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
