Job summary

Atma Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to maintain high cleanliness standards across guest rooms, assist guests courteously, and support housekeeping operations on a fast-paced property. You will be responsible for stocking supplies, handling guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring safety policies are followed, with a focus on delivering excellent service to all guests.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year room attendant experience in a similar size property.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Professionally handle guest complaints.
• Work effectively with all departments.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and late nights.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Passion for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to the guest.
• Clean all assigned guest rooms following brand standards.
• Keep housekeeping cart and storage areas neat and stocked.
• Report maintenance issues and malfunctioning equipment promptly.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Attend to room discrepancies and return left items to lost and found.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and brand procedures.
• Complete all duties assigned by the Director of Housekeeping.
